Return & Refund Policy

All confirmed orders are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the amount cannot be refunded unless the selected product is unavailable in stock from our side.

If the selected product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of the same value or initiate a refund after confirmation from our team.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in eligible cases such as receiving a damaged product, defective product, wrong product, or a genuine order-related issue. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

For damaged or defective product claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the sealed package being opened and the issue clearly visible. Without a proper unboxing video, refund or exchange will not be possible.

To start a return or exchange request, customers must contact us on WhatsApp (+918479827199) or mail us (bikeboostindia@gmail.com) with their Order ID, product details, issue description, and supporting photos/videos.

Once we receive the request, our team will inspect the details carefully. If the request is found eligible, we will guide the customer through the return or exchange process.
